MADE-TO-MEASURE
For our made-to-measure garments, we ensure they are stitched precisely to the measurements you provide.
- If you still encounter fitting issues, we offer a one-time alteration at no extra cost, provided it doesn't significantly alter the overall size of the outfit.
- To be eligible, contact us at hello@gajraindia.com within 48 hours of receiving your garment, mentioning your order number and desired size.
- Ship the outfit back to us within 7 days, sharing the tracking number.
- Please note that in case of alteration requests, the shipping cost both to and from us is to be borne by you.
RETURN
Gajra is unable to accept return of any product.
In case you have any queries regarding the return of a product, please write to us at hello@gajraindia.com, a prompt response is assured to such mails.
- www.gajraindia.com will not provide the option of exchange for any reason including colour mismatch since product colour may vary slightly due to photographic/ natural light sources
- In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, email us a photo of the damaged product. Please email us at hello@gajraindia.com about any damaged items in your shipment within 24 hours of receiving your order
- Upon authorization of return in one off cases, we will gladly offer you an exchange/ store credit on a case-by-case basis
- All returns are subject to verification by our team at Gajra
CANCELLATION
- You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances. Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of the team at Gajra
- Refunds will be processed in the form of credit to your mode of payment within 7 business days
